Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Kusoor. Please review our policy regarding order finalization, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and responsibilities:

Order Finalization: Once placed, orders are considered final. Pre-order items have an estimated production time of two to three weeks.

Cancellation and Refund: We enforce a strict no cancellation and no refund policy under any circumstances.

Customized Items: For items with customization options, such as length adjustments, we maintain a strict no exchange policy.

Ready-to-Wear Items Exchange: We may consider exchange requests for ready-to-wear items within 24 hours of order receipt, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for all delivery and shipping charges associated with exchanges.

Abandoned Orders: If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up their order within 90 days of the shipping date, we reserve the right to consider the order abandoned. In such cases, we retain the right to sell, dispose of, or utilize the order as deemed appropriate, without refunding any payments made.

Responsibility for Delays: Kusoor will not be held responsible for any unavoidable delays in the delivery of ordered items.

Sold Items and Duties: Sold items cannot be exchanged. Additionally, we are not liable for any duty, import, tax, customs, or similar charges incurred by customers.
